Returns & Refunds If we sent you the wrong product or the product we delivered was damaged or defective please ring us within 7 days from your receipt of goods on +64 21 414 483 or email returns@shop4health.co.nz so we can process a refund or replacement. Please do let us know the nature of your return and do not mail your return back to us using general post without our authority and knowledge as we may not be able to track it.
Delivery For New Zealand residents, your order will normally be delivered through NZ Post's tracked courier delivery within a week from the time your payment is cleared. Please allow more leadtime for delivery times falling on weekends, public holidays and during peak seasons. International deliveries will depend on NZ Post's estimated ETAs. Freight charges will depend on the country of destination and the weight & volume of the order.
Order Quantity, Stock Availability and Pricing The Health Conneciton reserves the right to limit quantities able to be ordered by or delivered to Customers. If a Customer's order is reduced, the price payable by the Customer for that order will be adjusted accordingly. Items for sale in this website are subject to stock availability. We would always endeavour to supply your order as quickly as possible, there may be times that we may not be able to do so. In such cases, we will advise you asap by phone or email so you can decide whether to cancel or wait. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. The amount you will pay will be based on the current prices displayed on this website at the time you submit your online order. International customers will be advised by email of the currency conversion and freight charges.
